We want to help you achieve
a new level of function and performance.
Treatment of cervical and lumbar disorders, including acute injuries, post operative care and chronic pain. Spine mobility is assessed at every visit and included in your “whole body approach” to your therapy. I use a specialized technique called arthropraxis mobilization to evaluate and mobilize any tight or restricted joints.
The shoulder is a complex joint and should have both good mobility and good stability. Due to the demands placed upon the joint and it’s structural limitations, the shoulder is a common area of injury. Both acute trauma and chronic overuse or repetitive movement can result in injury to the shoulder. I commonly treat injuries such as tears, strains, sprains, tendonitis, dislocations and more.
From overuse issues such as ITB syndrome, patella femoral syndrome or bursitis/tendinitis to arhtritis management and balance therapy to ACL tear, sprain/strains, at Core Solutions Physical Therapy, we can handle it all.
The foot and ankle can be the source of many problems and at Core Solutions Physical Therapy, both are part of the whole body assessment at your first visit. CSPT can help you recover from stress fractures, pulled muscles, torn ligaments, sprains, and plantar fascial pain.
Core Solutions Physical Therapy works with a variety of people with different athletic and sport backgrounds to improve their overall performance and assist them with successful recovery when sports-related injuries happen.
Dry Needling is a general term for a therapeutic treatment procedure that involves advancement of a filament needle into the muscle in the area of the body which produces pain and typically contains a trigger point.
Dry Needling is an effective treatment for acute and chronic pain, rehabilitation from injury and even pain and injury prevention, with very few side effects.
Cupping is an ancient form of alternative medicine, dating back to Ancient Greece and is common practice in traditional Chinese medicine. Cupping is done by a therapist who places special cups that use negative pressure to create a suctioning effect without any skin perforation. Cups are left on the skin for 5-20 minutes creating a circular ecchymosis, which may last for days or weeks and be used with or without movement from the client. People get cupping for many reasons including to help with pain, inflammation, blood flow, relaxation, and as a type of deep tissue massage.
IASTM stimulates remodeling and reabsorption of scar tissue in the body’s fascia and the regeneration of damaged tendons and ligaments. The approach is a non-invasive therapy that works quickly and consistently. A scientifically designed tool is used on the skins surface. IASTM is a service that may be incorporated into your treatment with other treatment techniques.
